Lumida Invest Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lumida Invest mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Lumida Inc. (“Lumida,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. About Lumida Invest

Lumida Invest is an information, analytics, and research platform that provides users with access to financial market data, news, charts, indicators, artificial intelligence–generated insights, and related content concerning stocks, cryptocurrencies, indices, and other financial instruments.

Lumida Invest is a technology and information platform operated by Lumida Inc. It is separate from Lumida Wealth Management LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser. Lumida Invest does not provide investment advisory services, does not manage assets, and does not act as a broker, dealer, or custodian.

Lumida Invest does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, trade execution, or asset custody.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. No Investment Advice; Informational Use Only

All content and functionality provided through the Service, including but not limited to market data, charts, indicators, Buy/Sell labels, AI-generated summaries, analyses, signals, alerts, and insights (collectively, “Content”), are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
• References to Buy, Sell, Bullish, Bearish, or similar labels represent analytical or algorithmic signals and do not constitute investment advice, recommendations, or endorsements of any security or investment strategy.
• The Content is not personalized to your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
• You are solely responsible for any investment or financial decisions you make.

You should consult a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, or other qualified professional before making any investment decisions.

Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, financial instrument, or investment product. Any references to assets, securities, portfolios, or market activity are provided for informational purposes only.

4. No Fiduciary Relationship

Your use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship between you and Lumida.

Although Lumida Inc. may be affiliated with other products or services under the Lumida brand, Lumida Invest operates independently and does not provide advisory services.

Nothing in the Service should be construed as creating a client, advisory, fiduciary, or investment management relationship with Lumida Wealth Management LLC.

5. Self-Directed Decisions and Risk Disclosure

Investing and trading involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal.

• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or subject to revision.
• AI-generated outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading.

You agree that you bear full responsibility for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision based on Content provided through the Service.

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence and evaluating any information provided through the Service before making financial or investment decisions.

6. Third-Party Data and Services

The Service incorporates data, content, and services from third-party providers, including but not limited to market data providers, news providers, analytics platforms, and brokerage-linking services.

Lumida:

• Does not control or verify third-party data,
• Does not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness,
• Does not endorse any third-party content, products, or services.

Your use of third-party services (including brokerage-linking services) is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

References to specific securities, institutions, investors, portfolios, or market participants do not constitute a recommendation or endorsement.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks displayed in the Service are the property of their respective owners and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by such parties.

7. Brokerage Account Linking (Read-Only)

Certain features may allow you to link brokerage or financial accounts through third-party providers.

• Lumida Invest access is read-only.
• Lumida does not execute trades, move funds, or place orders on your behalf.
• Lumida does not store brokerage login credentials.

Future features may change; however, no execution or trading functionality is provided unless expressly stated.

8. Future Features and Changes

Lumida may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time, including the potential introduction of new functionality such as trade execution or subscription-based services.

You acknowledge that:

• Features may evolve over time,
• Availability may vary by jurisdiction,
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such changes.
